# Platform

Generated Platform API operations and models for workspace data, deployed agents, conversations, integrations, and operational controls.

The Platform API supports workspace data, configured agents, phone and messaging workflows, integrations, and operational controls. Workspace routes enforce the credential's permitted scope; account, identity, and session routes have their own authentication boundaries.

The child pages in this section are generated from the [Platform OpenAPI specification](https://platform.api-us.concurrence.com/v1/openapi.json). Browse by resource, then select an operation to inspect its current request and response contract. The Models page is a schema lookup, not a list of additional operations.

Use the regional hostname assigned to your deployment. The US API hostname is not a global router. For a first integration, follow [Platform setup](https://docs.concurrence.com/developer-guide/getting-started), [Authentication & API Keys](https://docs.concurrence.com/developer-guide/platform-api/platform-api/authentication), and the [Platform SDK quickstart](https://docs.concurrence.com/developer-guide/platform-api/platform-sdk/quickstart).

See the [Platform resource guide](https://docs.concurrence.com/developer-guide/platform-api/platform-api) for workflow, authorization, asynchronous completion, and compatibility notes that the schema does not express.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.concurrence.com/api-reference/readme/platform.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
